This community is very
unique in that it flows around St Andrews Valley Golf Course and the
course is in Aurora on it's southern end and the finishes up in
Newmarket on it's northern boundary, and so the neighbourhoods also
flow from Aurora into Newmarket .
These neighbourhoods are made up
of
St Andrews Valley, Madeline Heights, Fairways of St Andrews and
Legends of St Andrews. These areas are as divers as they sound.
St Andrews Valley is made up of singles and semis , many
backing onto the fairways of St Andrews. Madeline heights is an
exclusive cul de sac in the fairways of St Andrews area, they are
all detached homes either 2 story or bungalows and bungalows with
lofts, many of these have walk out basements overlooking the golf
course. The fairways of St Andrews has the same bungalow and 2 story
mix , but at the far south end has some expensive bungalow
condominiums .
The furthest north area entering on Silken Lauman Dr.
has a wide mix of property types from stacked bungalow condos. to
semis to detached homes in all size ranges. There is truly a
